SUMMER TIPS - MY TOP 10
* Hydrate- 2-3 litres of water atleast. The goal is to have clear pee
* Switch to a water based moisturizer in the summer * Cleanse, tone and moisturize before sleep every night
* Use an overnight lip mask
* Wear sunscreen whenever you anticipate sun exposure, even if indoors.
* Cute scarves or chic umbrellas for additional protection from the sun
* Try to keep your makeup to the bare minimum. It is so easy for your pores to get clogged.
* Wear natural fibre outfits to beat the heat- cottons and linens. Strappy Sundresses FTW!
* Summer is a great time for fruits- mangoes, watermelon, citrus fruits, apples, kiwis etc- up on the soluble fibre!
* Coconut water over sugary drinks- extra hydration and great source of potassium
